Relaxation therapy is a great way to reduce the negative affects of anxiety. It is not a cure, but definitely has it benefit.

There are many other options available in dealing with anxiety. Some people choose homeopathy, some acupuncture. There are also some herbal remedies available. None of these have been proved or disproved, so why not try what works for you.
