Although the Attorney General's review showed that they were a legitimate network marketing company, the actions allowed their competitors to spin it on the web and make it out worse than it was. As a result of the Attorney General's actions, Liberty League was labeled as a scam. 
 
One of the first things you need to know is what the products that are being offered by Liberty League. The offer consists of 3 personal development products: 
 
Beyond Freedom a 90 day personal development home study course retails at $1,500.00 
 
A 3 Day Conference: The conference has multiple "self-help" and inspirational teachers who speak and train. The cost of $7,995.00 includes admission for two people. 
 
A 5 Day Conference: This is an interactive conference that also includes multiple inspirational trainers and teachers. The price of $12,995.00 includes admission for two people. 
 
The questions I had to ask are what I repeat in all my trainings is that would you buy the product if there wasn't a business opportunity attached to it? Well to answer that let's look at the products: 
 
The basic course, Beyond Freedom, is a set of CD's and Workbooks that the founders based on the book "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill. If you bought the book, you would basically get the same information. 
 
They haven't got a process to manage the networker's contact prospects. 
 
They require a monthly fee for corporate replicated websites which in today's world of online marketing are really worthless. 
 
They are one of the few companies that require their associates to pay for access to training and presentation conference lines 
 
They don't provide online marketing training or systems that teach their distributors to effectively market the products online. 
 
Most people familiar with Liberty League International's seminars agree that the information provided by the company is true and sound, it is also true that you can obtain that information from some of the best book written and available at the book store. Liberty League falls short on this writer's criteria for a good network marketing company to do business with. It seems like their conferences and the business is not separated and the only reason you would pay that kind of money to go to a conference would be to do the business. 
 
For this reason and the others listed above I cannot recommend Liberty League, but I would not label them a scam.
